Johan Cruyff, Marco van Basten, Clarence Seedorf, and Dennis Bergkamp, are just a few of the world football greats who took their first steps toward greatness at the famed academy set up at AFC Ajax. The Dutch giants have been responsible for finding some of the best footballers of all time in the past and, with their help, they have won the Eredivisie league title a record 36 times.  Throw in 20 KNVB Cups and 4 European Cups, and Ajax can be considered to be one of the top football clubs in world football. Anyone looking to bet online on Dutch football will be ignoring the Amsterdam club this season ...

By Alanna Durkin Richer and Eric Tucker | Associated PressWASHINGTON — Former President Donald Trump is appealing a ruling that found he is not immune from criminal prosecution as he runs out of time to delay or even derail an upcoming trial on charges that he plotted to overturn the results of the 2020 election.Lawyers for the 2024 Republican presidential primary frontrunner filed a notice of appeal Thursday indicating that they will challenge U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan’s decision rejecting Trump’s bid to derail the case headed to trial in Washington, D.C., in March. Republic says it has invested $70 million dollars in the plant on the belief that there’s a growing U.S. market for recycled pet flake. PET, or polyethylene terephthalate, is the light, transparent plastic used in soda and water bottles.Every year, the U.S. generates roughly 40 million tons of plastic, and at best, less than 9% of it is recycled. PET is recycled more than most types of plastic, at a rate of about 30%, according to figures from the Environmental Protection Agency. Yet that 30% ...
